Jack Drayton’s Tour Card push has moved from prospect story to live ranking pressure after the latest Development Tour update.
The 19-year-old sits second on the Development Tour Order of Merit after DT15, with £10,650 banked. Sebastian Bialecki remains clear at £21,900, but Drayton’s cushion is thin: Jurjen van der Velde is third on £9,900 and Cam Crabtree fourth on £9,800.
Drayton now has a narrow Tour Card lane
The pressure point is obvious. The top two on the Development Tour Order of Merit earn a PDC Tour Card, while the top three qualify for the World Championship and the table leader also reaches the Grand Slam of Darts.
That makes Drayton’s next block of events critical. His rise has already been accelerated by two Development Tour titles, including Event Five in Leicester, where the PDC confirmed he beat Cam Crabtree 5-3 to complete a back-to-back weekend.

Drayton has also admitted his route has changed fast, telling DartsNews that a year ago he was still weighing up golf in America before darts took control of the calendar.
For NineDartNews readers who have tracked Sebastian Bialecki’s Development Tour dominance, Drayton is now the name giving that race a second line of jeopardy. One poor weekend could pull him back into the pack. One strong run could put a first Tour Card within touching distance.
