Gerwyn Price Passes Michael Van Gerwen On US Darts Masters List

Gerwyn Price has moved ahead of Michael van Gerwen on the US Darts Masters all-time wins list before this week’s 2026 event at Madison Square Garden.

The Welshman’s New York record has become a fresh talking point before the bet365 US Darts Masters returns on June 25-26, with DartsNews reporting that Price now sits above Van Gerwen on the tournament’s historic list.

Price is part of the PDC group heading to the Infosys Theater alongside Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, Gian van Veen, Stephen Bunting, Jonny Clayton, James Wade and Josh Rock. The event also features eight North American representatives, creating a direct World Series test for the travelling elite.

Price Record Adds Edge To New York Return

The timing matters because Van Gerwen has long been one of the defining names in World Series darts, but Price now arrives in New York with a stronger US Masters statistical marker than the Dutchman.

That does not make Price favourite by itself. Littler and Humphries give the field obvious headline power, while the North American side of the draw carries upset potential, a theme also covered in our Stephen Bunting US Darts Masters piece. But for Price, the all-time movement sharpens the week’s personal stake.

His US Darts Masters record now gives him more than another invitation event to attack. It gives him a chance to turn a historical nudge into a visible title push on one of the sport’s most important overseas stages, with DartsNews’ US Darts Masters list underlining the shift before play begins.
