The superlatives to describe Luke Littler are running out after watching him win his third Premier League night in four weeks.
Littler produced arguably the most complete nightly performance of the tournament so far, dispatching Stephen Bunting, Gerwyn Price and Michael van Gerwen.
The 19-year-old’s average didn’t drop below 105 all evening in Berlin, and he even hit two 170 checkouts in the same match against Van Gerwen, including in the decisive leg.

Utterly, utterly ridiculous from Luke Littler 😮💨
The World Champion pins his SECOND Big Fish of the final to defeat Michael van Gerwen 6-4 to win in Berlin and move top of the table 👏

The Nuke was at his unstoppable best, as he battered the triple 20 bed all night and was solid on the outer ring. It’s the sort of performance that sent a statement to his Premier League rivals, suggesting it’s his tournament to lose.
Luke Littler says Phil Foden was ‘the best’ at darts
Littler’s heroics on the oche have earned him celebrity status, and he’s regularly seen in the mainstream media.
Ahead of his triumph in Berlin, the teenager visited the England squad at St George’s Park for a pre-World Cup masterclass.
The reigning world champion hosted a darts tournament, and the final ended up being a clash between Manchester City’s Phil Foden and Newcastle’s Aaron Ramsdale.

While Ramsdale was crowned the winner, Foden did hit an eye-catching 180 that went viral on social media, and Littler believes the City playmaker was ‘the best’.
“It was very good. Phil Foden was the best and Aaron Ramsdale – but shout out to John Stones who was giving it the Gezzy Price,” Littler told Sky Sports after winning in Berlin.
Aaron Ramsdale praises Littler after England visit
Each of the squad donned their own Littler-themed shirts, and the Premier League star also presented the squad with a personalised darts board emblazoned with the Three Lions and a ‘Good Luck’ message.
A surreal moment for the Warrington-born arrowsmith, but also Ramsdale, who relished the chance to go head-to-head with Littler.
“It was great to have Luke visit St. George’s Park to meet the squad and wish us well,” he said. “Personally, it was an honour for me to have the chance to step up to the oche and take on the world champion.”
England will now turn their attention to their upcoming commitments at Wembley, starting with a showdown against Uruguay on Friday, before hosting Japan on Tuesday.
Those are the final matches Thomas Tuchel’s men will play ahead of the World Cup, having been drawn in Group L with Croatia, Panama and Ghana.
